By accessing and using ImageToURL (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on ImageToURL:

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws
• Adult Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Violent Content: Graphic violence, gore, or hate speech
• Copyright Infringement: Material you don’t own or have permission to share
• Malicious Content: Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Personal Information: Private information about others without consent

4. Account Terms

Anonymous uploads are permitted without an account. Signed-in features, including dashboard history and the "Never delete" option, require Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

5. Limits and Payments

• Guest uploads: Guests can upload 5 temporary files per rolling 24 hours, no payment required.
• Signed-in uploads: Signed-in users get 50 permanent uploads per day plus unlimited temporary uploads, and can choose the "Never delete" option before uploading.
• Higher limits: Higher limits are reviewed manually by request. There is no self-serve paid subscription tier today.

If paid features are introduced later, their cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

• Violates these terms of service
• Is reported by copyright holders
• Is deemed harmful or inappropriate
• Contributes to service abuse

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Makes no warranty that the website will meet your requirements
• Makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

Your use of this service is entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall ImageToURL, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website.

ImageToURL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent ImageToURL from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

12. Variation of Terms

ImageToURL is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

13. Assignment

ImageToURL is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
