1. Operator and acceptance
ImageToURL is operated by Bipul Kumar in India (“ImageToURL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing imagetourl.cloud, pro.imagetourl.cloud, or related services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ImageToURL provides browser-based image tools, image storage, and shareable image URLs. The free service offers limited uploads supported partly by advertising. ImageToURL Pro is a paid workspace offering permanent image URLs, 50GB active storage, public and private assets, folders, URL import, and usage information.
Features marked beta, preview, “coming soon,” or similar are not guaranteed deliverables. API access will become part of the founding Pro plan when the production API is launched; it is not represented as production-ready today.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and be legally capable of entering this agreement.
- You are responsible for your Google account security and activity performed through your ImageToURL session.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
- Notify us promptly at blog.boopul@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant ImageToURL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, cache, transmit, and technically modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or comply with your instructions.
You confirm that you own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload, store, transform, and share it. You are responsible for the content and URLs you distribute.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
- Monthly Pro: USD $4.99 per month.
- Annual Pro: USD $39 per year.
- Applicable tax, VAT, or sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same interval until canceled before the renewal date.
- The founding price remains available while the original subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation, failed payment, or a plan change may end eligibility for that price.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for ImageToURL Pro. Paddle processes payment, handles relevant transaction taxes, and provides receipts and invoices. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the Paddle customer portal linked from the Pro account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access active through the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
7. Usage limits and storage
The founding Pro plan includes 50GB of active storage, files up to 50MB, and up to 1 million image views per month. Limits are measured across the workspace. We may temporarily restrict uploads or delivery that exceeds plan limits, threatens service reliability, or appears abusive.
When storage is full, we aim to pause new uploads rather than charge an undisclosed overage. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups. ImageToURL is a hosting and delivery service, not an archival backup guarantee.
Active Pro subscribers may purchase recurring 50GB storage packs. Each pack costs USD $2.99 per month or USD $24 per year and must use the same billing interval as the base subscription. Paddle may prorate charges or credits when packs are added, reduced, or removed during a billing period. Your updated allowance applies while the corresponding add-on remains active.
8. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, quarantine, or remove content and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations, infringement reports, non-payment, or material breach.
Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a problem before terminating an account. Serious or urgent harm may require immediate action.
9. Our intellectual property
The ImageToURL name, interface, code, documentation, graphics, and service technology are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing service from protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Service changes and availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every URL will remain accessible forever. We may change features, limits, or technical infrastructure. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated reasonably in advance where practical.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToURL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount you paid for ImageToURL Pro during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where they are prohibited by law.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and may be communicated through the service or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires additional consent.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact blog.boopul@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
